Default Polished Stock Rims?

I don't know much about rims, so maybe someone can answer my question.

Is there any way to polish the OEM rims so that they are shiny? I've always loved polished rims and I like the look of the stock wheels. If this is possible, is it expensive? Who can do it? Thank you! (My Suzuka Blue is coming in a couple weeks and I'm trying to prepare for it).

When I say polished, I don't mean "clean". I'm talking about polished aluminum or chrome as opposed to brushed or alloy. I know someone out there knows about this kinda stuff!

Yes, search the archives there are some who have done it and it looks really good. Takes 15-20 hrs of labor to get them done, but looks good.
