Default Plus one inch Tire Tolerance?

I am interested in getting SSR Integrals 17" for my S2000. I am interested in tires that will serve many personal purposes (fitment, price, steering precision, handling, quietness, etc.) There are so many different tires I am interested in. Having looked at the spec charts for many of these tires on the TIRERACK website, I want to make an educated decision on which preferences I am willing to sacrifice. Since all tires don't come in the same sizes, my question is this. HOW MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE IS TOLERABLE IN OVERALL TIRE DIAMETER BEFORE IT INTERFERES WITH ABS AND SEVERE SPEEDOMETER MISREADINGS? Any advice, personal experience with this matter is greatly appreciated.

By the way, 17x7 +45mm
