18x8 +55 would be better, right? I am debating whether to order two new rears with this offset or even purchase a new set of rims.

Ryan what size wheels and tires are you planning to run in the front?

Look here for a quick explanation of what offset is http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/offset.htm

Also give a call to Jim at Tirerack and he should be able to help you figure out your offset problem and get you into the right set of tires. His number is 877-522-8473-364

Thanks Karim. I feel bad calling Jim unless I am purchasing something which I am not. The fronts are fine with 225/40/18 tires. I think I am going to order two rears with +55 offset. Thats better than a +45, right?

Bump...last question...will i be able to run 255/35/18 tires with the 18x8, 5.114.3, with a +55 offset? Please help as I am ordering the wheels Monday and the tires possibly next week as well. thanks to whoever helps!
