Hi all,

So i've come across a set of wheels, 18x8 +48 and 18x9 +55. I know these will fit, but what i'm mostly worried about is the tire size. its a square set up, 235/40r18. Is this something thats common to see? also in terms of fitment, is it gonna work? my initial thought would be that on the fronts it'll be tall and skinny while in the rears it could fit/could end up being stretched but i have no idea/experience with any of this.

Thanks in advance!

Ditch those tires. No idea why they would be running those tire sizes. You want 215/40/18 or 225/40/18 in front and 245/35/18 or 255/35/18 rear. You will need to roll the fenders especially if you go with the wider of the tire options and if you are lowered.

Thanks! I'm trying to avoid any sort of fender modifications, I'm currently at stock height but do have possible plans of a slight drop. Do you think it'd be possible w/o a roll???

I run a 225/40 265/35 on my 18x8 18x9 and its not bad as well. In slightly similar offsets, but my front and rear are rolled.

My recommendation stays the same especially with the plan to lower the car.
