Default PLEASE answere- boring out rims TOMMORROW

Hi there I have a set of rims im looking at getting bored out to fit the S2000 hub

the tires are 245-40 R18's

all the way around

the offset is either +45 or +48 im not too sure

How will this fit??? do I need to do ANY modifications? my car is stock height for now.

Hard to say exactly without the wheel width, but you are going to have to do some work to the front for sure and possibly the rear. You are running a more aggressive offset, wider tire, and oversized diameter so there are going to be issues. You can make them fit with rolled fenders and negative camber.

If you ran standard staggered tires (215/40, 245/35) in the proper diameter then you might not need any work done at stock height.

I agree, go with a 245/35R18 and they are going to fit much better. I would say the 245/40R18 is going to rub.
