Default Plasti-dip (black) AP2v1 rims

Sharing my plasti-dip experience. I've wanted to try this for quite some time and finally got around to doing it. I really like the results! Enjoy

Meh, to each their own. It had a lot of imperfections and curb rash, so this makes it look a little better imo. But ya, its all temporary till I get an upgrade.

I like---but I'm biased as I prefer the stealthy black look for wheels.

I like it on your car.

Personally I wouldn't do it to my wheels because I'm afraid it would melt on the track.

The plastidip I had on my V1's held up to daily duty in Phoenix during the summer so temps were 110+ and in rush hour and on the pavement probably 150+ easily. I know the heat from the brakes can get hot during a track day but its not prolonged heat.

Looks good. I am curious how well it will come off.

I removed mine and it takes a while but there was no damage to the wheels. Just peels off little by little.
