Default Perfect 18" Wheel and Tire Setup

I'm in the market for a new street/track setup and after much forum (re)searching I've come to the conclusion that the following is an optimal setup for our s2000:

Front:
18x8 +53-56, 225/40/18

Rear:
18x10 +73-77, 285/30/18

Does anyone have comments on this setup from personal experience in regards to fitment and rubbing? Of note, I will be lowering the car on KW V3s approximately 1" (~1 finger gap).

I appreciate any input from you all.

Do have 450+ whp? IMO that is way to much stagger. I know there are a handful of people on the board who have 10" rear wheels, maybe they will chime in.
