rear last me 18000 miles..
front I just replaced it at 27000 miles

that is on my TE-37 17 inch!!

 

35-40K KM on 18's....
rears are toast, fronts have 70-80% left!!!!

replacing all 4 with a set of 18" OE Porsche (N1) S0-2's.........nice big-ass contact patch (like the OE Honda S0-2)

people should check out the tire specs section of tirerack's website.....especially the tread width info.....helps you make an informed decision.

 

That is incredible milage...

 

18's are hard(er) to spin

besides, i sit in bumper-to-bumper traffic to and from work....

 

7,500 miles and front and rear look like new (way too much time spent idling in Seattle traffic

 

I thought you have to go with 245/45/16 SO3's with OEM wheels to get the same tread width as the 225/50/16 SO2's.
