Paint on Top of Plasti Dip

So I did a little research and came across this:

It looks to me like clear plasti-dip with gold flakes and some gold pigment in it. So it is like metallic gold paint basically. I think this is the solution to my problem, as it is pretty much the proven plasti-dip we all know. It is supposed to go on top of flat plasti dip as well, so that works out too!
