With regards to all the rubbing issues....here's the real deal. Every tire manufacturer measures their tire dimensions slightly differently. There is no real industry standard. Even aspect ratios are measured slightly differently between manufacturers. With a lowered vehicles, some tires in a given dimension may work fine, others in the same dimension may rub (depending on wheel offset, of course). Now....S-03's tend to run wide in overall dimension. For any given tire width, they are about .2-.4 inches wider than other brands. Hence a 255 S-03 will rub, while a 255 Michelin Pilot sport, for instance, will not.

On all the 2000's and 2001's that I've looked at the left rears rub before right rears ....... maybe they tweaked the jig at the factory and over corrected to the other direction for later model years .............. what specific model year are you talking about?

BTW, from what I've seen, right fronts rub before left fronts on MY 00 and 01 also (like the body is twisted CCW on the frame or something). Don't know that it's any different on later cars since I've never bothered to look .......

I just put on 18's, 7.5 inch fronts with 50 offset, 8.5 inch rears with 53 offset. I'm running 225/40 front, 255/35 rear, Yok ES 100s.

car was lowered at the same time with H&R springs. As soon as all this was installed I had an alignment done at a very respected alignment shop. This shop, West End Alignment, probably has aligned more S2k's than anyone in Calif.

Point is after alignment, I have had very, very, very little rubbing in the rears or fronts. And I've gone over dips, corners etc...very aggressively. I can barely hear/feel any rubbing.

Yes. However little it may be it still does rub. But I don't consider it a "rubbing" problem.

I think there are only a handful of wheels out their with the correct offsets that might totally eliminate the rubbing issue. From what I understand, the Work S2R has the correct offsets. Rear offset is 63. You can run 265's in the rear and drop it to the floor and it won't rub. Cant' remember what the fronts are.

If you ran a little more negative camber you should be fine. Just because the company di an alignment won't help. There is a range that Honda accepts for camber and you would want to be at the most negative.
