Rear vibrating issues?? Under hard acceleration in VTEC or at all time?
Most all the time. The guys that balanced it said it was cool, and the fronts were fine so i'm not sure what was going on. they were just a lot bumpier, but it was new wheels when i had them put on so i assumed it was due to that. But they're a lot better now.

I finally put HTRZ IIIs on my S. I purchased in December but finally had them installed on Friday in preparation for my trip to Wake The Dragon. I put them on 18" Rota D2s. I had to use them in the rain on the way back from the installer but handling was superb in that situation. I don't plan to run in the rain ordinarily, but the rain handling should suffice should I run into rain driving to the Dragon for WTD shortly.

Am very happy to hear about the pretty good wearing after 14k miles. Looking forward to breaking these in on the way down to NC.

That seems to contradict with some others who said they've been running for a long time with lots of tread left...
I've had mine since last July... almost 10k miles and my rears are close to the wear bars too. I only drive the car 3 or 4 days a week. I don't peel out ever, but I do take curves pretty hard. Fronts look new still.

Alright so i got as set back in mid november, i've put about 6-7k on them (maybe even less) and my rears are almost GONE. anyone else had this happen? I had it aligned the day after i got the tires, i drive it semi-agressive but nothing crazy, i've never spun the tires once.

My fronts are fine but the rears are already down to the wear indicators.
Same here, except I got mine on October of 2008. My rear tires had less than 7K miles on them and they turned into slick, but with an even wear even with my UK spec allignment. Rear tire pressures were maintain at 32 to 33 psi, I usually bump them up to 35 or 36 psi during autox.

Front tires by way have a ton of threads on them, I would guess at 80%.

I ran 7 autox with them between last year and early this year. Mid period last month, I purchased 2 new sets for the rear. Now I have about 1k miles on them, running the same tire pressures as last year. I will try to go 34 psi fronts and 36 psi rears cold and see if I can extend the life of them rear tires a little longer this time.

BTW, for me, these tires are ok for autox if you are not running competitively like me. But for daily driving and on the rain, they very good.

I got same tire sizes with slightly less offset (AP2 V2 Wheels), lowered in Espilar springs .

thinking of getting these next week.

How well do these do when pushed? I am between these and the Star Specs. Here's my predicament - the star specs will grip well in the mtns, but wear heavily while commuting, whereas the HTRZ III may wear heavily in the mountains, but last while commuting.

I guess I need to know how these hold up and wear from people who have run the Dragon with them (I killed about 1/2 my treadlife of my Exclaim UHPs there on my last trip)
