Default Ordered SP1's....now I need tire suggestions

Im going to be ordering some 18" SSR SP1's from Jim @ Tirerack this week, so I'm trying to get people suggestions. I got the 18x8 and 18x9.5 width, and so I'd prefer not to get a tire that causes rubbing. Any suggestions?

Pointdexter suggested the Eagle F1 GS-D3 due to have very rounded edges, thus helping me from rubbing. They are at the top in wet traction, which I won't be needed.

The Pilot Sports PS2 look good too. Not as highly rated in wet...but I don't drive the car in the wet.

I'm looking for a nice 18" tire for dry weather only. These are my summer wheels

The PS2 is the highest rated tire we have for performance. In a test that was done here the PS2 was number 1 in wet braking and the skid pad.
If I can help let me know.

Sounds like the PS2's are the way to go.

I'll be ordering wheel/tires this weekend!
