Default Opinions on running the following set up

Front: 17x7.5 +50, 225/45/17 SO-3 (85% tread)
Rear: 17x9 +63, 255/40/17 BFG G-Sport (99% tread, brandnew)

These are some rims and tires i am picking up sunday. Is there any danger in running two different brands of tires?

Does anyone know any info about the tire models mentioned, i would like some advice as to how they handle, etc.

Thank you, this info would be greatly appreciated,

Josh.

it is not recommended since they will have different handling characteristics.

The S03 would have a lot more grip in wet and dry than the BFG. It would not be a good mix.
