If you have coil-overs or are on some type of springs that get rid of wheel gap then wheels. If not go for the hardtop. Don't go Seibon. A lot of vendors here can offer you much better fitment and quality over their products. Just do your research on the Sponsor threads!

05 so you have Ap2v1s? I would keep the wheels, refinish them if need. Shouldn't cost a lot. Then throw some spacers on to give it the flush look.

Then go for a hardtop. Looks better, but then again man honestly top down is good too lol

Wheels (good wheels) improve performance all the time. Acceleration, braking and turn in all improve. Unsprung weight decreases. It's a win win scenario. The hardtop is great, but especially if you live in inclimate conditions or are troubled by the wind noise of soft top. I'd go wheels first unless you have plenty of tire life left and in that case I'd go with the top.
