Oh No .. Another wheel offset question
Hi Guys.
i can get a set of wheels for a nice price , but i'd first like to hear from you
if they will fit or not fit at all.
the wheels are TenzoR - GT5 Graphite.
sizes are :
front 18x8 +45
rear 18x8 +45
tyres :
Bridestone potenza
front 225x40 R18
rear 255x35 R18
could also get a set of
front 215x40 R18
rear 245x35 R18.
the car is not lowered yet .. probarly cant be either with those wheels as far as i meassured. but anyway .. what do you guys think ?
btw , machine the wheels a bit to get more offset is an option , but probarly not more than 5mm .
thank you allready.
Best Regards:
Peter
btw , this is the actual wheel i'm looking for:

i think the wheels suck(Tenzo R), but will fit with no more of 1in. drop with rolled fenders and neg. camber. Also those are NOT even staggered but you can stagger the tires with a 215 front and 235 rear

ok , thanks ..
as for the wheels .. i have a brand new set of advan RG2's from my previous MR2 sitting next to me , which costed me over 3k to get them here , with custom offsets ... etc... to be honest .. i dont see any freaking diffrence with my old BSA ? wheels , which costed just a few bucks .. both are cast .. both are heavy ... why spend 2 k for a name like Advan or Volk on it ... i learned my lesson .. i just dont care a sh|t about the brand anymore. waste of money imo. btw , i dont race my s2k either...

OMG ... its really hard to just answer a simple question for you guys isnt it ... the cost of the wheel is so much more important.
i feel sad for all of you people that need to compensate something with the price and brand on youre wheels ...
thank yo very much for stupid and useless information so far... will figure it out my self .... SAD

Offsets aren't great and non-staggered wheel.
I guess you could run a 215 front 245 rear setup at stock height but I think the rears will stick out a tad. A euro alignment will also be need. Another concern is the diameter of your tire wil be off because the sidewall height is off.
