Default offset opinions please

Hi all, just wondering if you could help me out, I'm thinking about buying these rims? do you think they will rub. I have plans on lowering my car by 1" but if these will rub I won't lower it.

Rear wheels 18 inch x 9.5 offset of +55. Fronts 18 x 8 with an offset of +49. [Rear] 245/35/ZR18 [Front] 225/40/ZR18

any feedback is greatly appreciated!!

thanks in advance.

and the fronts aren't too good either. I think they will stick out and rub on bumps even at stock ride height.

I have a guy here with a 2004 S2K with the SSW D5R in those size on his car and they do not rub. Just go with the 225/40R18 front and 245/35R18 rear and you should have no problem. He actually has 255/35R18 S03 Bridgestone on the rear.
If I can help let me know.
