Default Offset for AME Circlar Spec R.

I'm looking at the AME Circlar Spec R wheel and not sure what offset I need to get. I want the wheels to be flush with the fenders. I plan on getting 18's. Will 18x9 fit in the rear? What's the size of the stock 2001 AP1 wheels?

A 8in front with a 9in rear with 45offset will sit flush with fenders.
