Default OEM wheels in non OEM sizes?

Since there are knock offs of the OEM wheels has anyone ever tried to get them in non OEM sizes or offsets? AP1 wheels in a 17" application or AP2 wheels in 17*8 and 17*9 setups? Even AP2 wheels with a more aggressive offset would be nice. I guess there would be some that might even like an AP2 wheel in 18" fitments.

Just curious since whoever is making the knockoffs might be able to do this affordably if there was enough interest. Personally I love the look of the AP2v1 and AP2v2 wheels but would like them slightly wider with a little more aggressive offset to fill a little more especially with a 225/255 combo.

Pipe dream?

You could run a wheel spacer to give a more aggressive look in the rear.
