Default Odd Question on Alignment

I am running 40-17s and 35-17s tires on my setup right now. I'm about to do alignment, and once alignment is done, if later in the future i decide to upgrade to 45 tires in the front and 40s in the rear, would that throw off my alignment and toe again since it will sit a tad bit higher?

It won't change your alignment, you are good to go.
