Roll all 4 fenders to be safe and relocate the rear bumper tab. Should be good to go with that.

your better off with the second set because the first set you'll defenetly need to pull the fronts depending on how low you want to go, on top of rolling and relocating the tab. i know what you mean the streets are crap there in El Paso

Yup you are right on with your wheel choice and tire sizes. Hell you can easily fit a 255/40/17 on the rear. I have 17x9's +43 on the rear with a 245 and there is plenty of space. My fenders are rolled and tabs relocated. No rubbing or issue so far.
