Strange, first I'm hearing this for the Nittos. People daily the RA01's all the time. The NT01 is essentially the same tire (compound).
Is your experience specific to the NT01/RA01s?

I've heat cycled out NT01 and R888. Keep in mind of course that not everyone's version of daily driving is the same. Just driving around on a hot summer day will get some decent heat into the tires.

I had a set on my DC2 for a while and i daily drove on them. Loads of un and lasted about 8k before i replaced them. Loads of grip when dry but had to do the speed limit when it was wet out but all in all i give them an A+

Yep, by nearly $20 a tire right after I bought a set.

With proper track camber, they heat cycle on anything more than a super short drive.
