Hey, I'm thinking about getting WedsSport SA-90 17" x 9" with +55mm offset.

What's the biggest tire size which I can fit in this rim without rubbin'?

I'd like a 275/40 or whatever the biggest that would work...for rear this is...

And if you guys have any wheels that would fit 275+/45/16 or 275+/40/17

The biggest that will fit is a 255/40R17. The 275/40R17 is actually too tall of a tire and too wide for the wheels and the car.
