Default New wheels, annoying question

I'm picking up some work emotions very soon. The sizes are gonna be 17x7 + 42 and a 17x8 +47. (these offsets will work perfectly fine for those who think only a +73 offset is acceptable)

I'm thinking of going 215/45/17 up front and 245/40/17 in the back. I'm not sure if the front in a 45 series is the correct size, is it???

I was maybe thinking of going 255 in the back and 225 in the front. What sizes should those be as far a 35/40/45 series goes.... Do you think that would be too wide for the off sets???

Let me know if I'm getting my tire sizes correct. Thanks

your first sizes are 'proper' for the car. I think the latter might give u a doughnut looking affect. BTW, isn +47 a bit shallow for 8' rears? I have +47 on my 8.5'' rears... meh, just .25 of an inch is no biggie i guess...

215/45/17 and 245/40/17 are the stock sizes for the AP2's so you should be fine as far as handling goes.

I'm running 225/45/17 up front and 255/40/17 on back and like them just fine (Falken RT-615). Of course, stock rear wheel width on an AP2 is 8.5" so you might see some poking out with the 255's on the back if you buy 8" rims.

Even if you are drop, you will be fine. If youre slammed than you might have rubbing issues.
