New wedsports tc105n's!
Hey guys I am planning on buying some new Wedsport TC105N's for MY06 from Evasive but I am not quite sure what offsets would be a sure fit.
The options are:
17x8 +32 front (Im sure that wont be a problem)
and
17x9 +25 or +35 rear.
As far as tires I want to run 215/45/17 front and 245/40/17 rear.
I like a low offset beacuse of the sunk in hub/lugnut area of the rim.
I really want to try to pull off the +25 on the rear but something is telling me Im dreaming and +35 is the lowest Im going to get.
Any advice or suggestions will be very appreciated.
Thanks,
Sev.

I have 17x8 in the front and 17x9 in the rear and I am running those size tires with a 45mm offset and I had to roll the rear. It might fit, but you will running a lot of negative camber -3 or maybe even more. I would choose a different rim if I was you.
I don't have room to run 10mm out.

No way. Find different rims. About the best you can get away with are the +48 and +50 of some Volks which even then might require work on the fender and more negative camber.

These are pretty aggressive offsets. They are do-able But that +25 is wat tooo agressive. I do no rreccomend it at all. But if so, the +35 would be your better. you will need rolled andpulled front and rear fenders, a re-located rear bumper tab, stretched tire, and negative camber. Not a good way to start off for you very first wheel lol.
I have sucesfully ran a 17x8.5 +30 / 17x7.5 +29 with no problems though. But of course I have set up my car to the above specs. Look into a higher offset wheels. Save the trouble
anywho, here it is:

Yeah i definately agree about the +25 offset on the rear.
But I am under the impression that the front will work just fine.
If +25 is not an option then I dont really mind +35 on the rear.
I talked to the guys at evasive before about Enkei RPF1's.
The sizes they recommended to me were 17x8 +35 front and 17x9 +35 rear. They said it would fit quite easily with very minor modifications.
If so then i dont see why the +35 TC105N's would not fit on the rear as well.
anyway thanks for the quick reply guys.
any other suggestions will be very much appreciated.

I think they meant to say +45. Yes, the +35s are possible, but like everyone says, it does take modification. I know the 8's and 9s +45 for RPF1 would be a lot easier to get to work than 8 +32s and 9 +35s.

Do yourself a favor and just search this forum at the bottom right hand corner for "rubbing"
Buy the +45 and do the necessary work to get those to not rub

+25 or +35.... neither is going to work without a lot of mods. Guys running +35 in front have aftermarket fenders usually, OBSeRiouso had pulled and rolled fenders and a ton of other stuff to get his to fit.

Thanks alot guys for your help.
Wouldnt it be great if you could put wheels on your car with tires and try them out for the day in different sizes and offsets???
Maybe in a perfect world!!!!
Thanks Again,
Sev.
