New tires humming noise? Help
Hi guys,
I just mounted these tires on last weekend and have driven about 300 miles. At first I didnt really notice any noice and it was pretty quiet. But now going over 65mph I can hear a really loud humming noise coming from my rear right tire. So I come up with a few possibe causes
1. Wheel bearing
2. New tires still need to break in
3. The nature of these tires.
Can anyone with experience with these dunlop z1 star spec help me out.
Thanks!

Take a ride in my NT-01 and your car will sound very quiet again.
Here's a couple questions for you.
Usually tires don't go loud until you overheat them at the track.
Did you check the tire pressure?
Did you get an alignment done after you got new tires?

These are noisy tires. Although, when I had my Star Specs mounted a few months back, they weren't as loud as they are now. I currently have about 4k miles on them, so they definitely get louder as they wear.

I got an alignment right away after I mounted my rims and tires. rear camber is prolly around -3 though. I don't know if it's because of that?
The noise only comes from the right rear tires
