Default Negative Effects?

What will be the negative effects of getting 17x7 +48 with 225/45/17's all around??

Yes you will get more oversteer.

But they will fit right? im not into auto x or drag racing i really like these wheels and i think they would great of my S.

They should fit. You could try and stagger the tires like 205F 225 R.
