Default Neeed help with wheels offset

I am bebating between the 17 and 18 in wheel but i see people use the 19, I have not decided the lower kint but im looking for my top of the thire to be at the bottom of the fender.

Here are 2 wheels Im looks at

First I was looking at the
JIC J force 5 wheel , but i dont know much about these new tuner products, my last tuner was an is 300, I dont want some ROTA wheels I plan on doing a sweet build. I dont want some knockoff of knock off of knock wheels just b/c they are cheap but i like the look of these, and JIC makes some sweet coilovers I hear so i was wondering of the same companty

These was like less than 300 a wheels which was a red flag

I have a S2000 Grand Prix White, Black interior red seats and trim, i tried to special order it several times but missed out when i saw it I bought it, I saw on in a so cal meet and it had some jdm red wheels and it set it off. but im pretty sure i want some gunmetal / gra[hite etc wheels

ok here are other ones,
Thanks for reading
one more thing on the fitment guide it has this listed

Front:
17" x 7.0", +55 offset, 215 tire
Rear:
17" x 8.5", +65 offset, 245 tire (255 on the S2000 CR)

this says no 18 0r 19 1ould fiot , it see,s where i looked 19s tales rolled fenders, dont knpw much about it i might go 19's but need opioion on other wheel please

There is a thread that describes what fits. Just try to get the highest offset that is available. If you go lower on offset you would need to stay with a narrower tire.
If I can help let me know.

OK BHAM, first of all, I'm not sure if English is your first language or not. If it is, take the time to type things correctly so people can understand what you are saying. Secondly, there are a LOT of people who have ROTA wheels on this site (I am one of them). Just because wheels don't cost $800 a piece doesn't mean that they aren't quality wheels. I wouldn't base what wheel you buy on just "the more expensive they are the better", just do research on what wheels fit (most important), than see if anyone has had problems with those wheels as far as quality is concerned.

If you research ROTA wheels, you will not find that they are more prone to quality problems than WORK or VOLK wheels.

You don't have to have a $3,000.00 set of wheels to have "a sweet build". Spend some of that money on some go fast stuff!!
