Need Tire Recommendations!

Looking for tire recommendations for some WORK VS-XX..

17x8 +30
17x9 +35

Let me what is a good tire size when lowered on coilovers.
Rear is rolled and front fender is 10mm wider.

I would look at 225/45R17 and 255/40R17 with a lot of work to the fenders. If I can help with the tires let me know.
