Width-wise, a 225 and 255 tire in an 18" will still be a 225 and 255 in a 19". The only consideration would be a decrease in aspect ratio so you can maintain the same wheel/tire diameter for speedo accuracy.

The Tirerack wheel selector duehicky (technical term) uses a 35 front 30 rear combo for 19's.

You would be in a 225/35R19 front and 265/30R19 rear. There are not very many tires in those sizes though and the wheels are very tight.
If I can help let me know.

Depending on what kind of wheels you have, 235/35-19 and 275/30-19 have been used by several members on the board, including me.
