You would need around a 50mm front and 55 to 65mm rear. Find out what they have available and go from there.

offset determines how far in or out the wheel sits in contrast to the fender line. the wheels will fit but modifications need to be done. run aggressive camber front and rear, also roll the rear fenders. you also might have to run a slightly streched tire for clearance

take the centerline of a wheel. the more toward the outside face the mounting hub sits it more positive. below the centerline means negative. The lower the offsets usually results in a bigger lip and vice versa.

Well, there aren't very many options for this car as far as wheels with nice lips. You are going to have a hard time trying to find "alot of lip" with the kind of offsets that we typically need.
High offset and big lip don't go together.
Another thing is, and please believe me when I tell you this, the wheel salesmen typically know nothing about offsets, They will tell you a wheel fits on your car just because of the bolt pattern. I was sold a set of wheels that did not have the right offset once, and I was completely hosed when I tried to get the shop to take them back.
Don't trust anyone to make decisions about what kind of offsets you need for your car. Learn about them and shop for yourself.
Take time to familiarize yourself with offsets before you purchase a set of wheels and learn everything the hard way...

Well sinji thanks for the help and sprix thanks for the advice and i have been patient with what wheels to get. with an s2000 you gotta be picky n patient with what wheels you get because it will give the car its character. of course this goes for any car but in the case of an s2000 i find it to be more of importance.... likethose wheels sinji had for sale the work... those are perfect but of course i dont got tht $$$ so ill just keep lookin.. but something like tht is what i would want....Thanks again
