Default Need HELP! Will 17x10+45 CE28n's clear Spoon calipers?

Hi guys, I have a set (4) of 17x10+45 Volk CE28n's im putting on my car with 255/40 size tires all around. With them being concave with lip they don't clear a BBK as they sit. I was wondering if anyone has used a 5mm spacer up front to clear Spoon calipers? I'm tempted to just buy the spacers and calipers but Id like to be 100% sure. If so will I be ok with OEM studs not aftermarket ? Thank you in advance.

5mm spacer is the most I would go on stock length studs. I'm not sure about clearance, but if their is a download u get print for the spoon brake template that will clarify what you can do. Btw ap racing is a better caliper. The 8350 has a template on urge designs page

Maybe in some ways the 8350 is a better caliper, but it isn't even a mono block caliper... The Spoon caliper is an excellent caliper.

Both are amazing calipers, I wanted to stick with the honda culture on my build with parts as much as possible though. I'm hoping someone would have done this combo in the past.

I was going to suggest picking up a pair of 17x10 +44 or finding someone who has a set who might want to trade a pair with you.

Then you can run flat face up front for brake clearance and concave in the rear for "looks".

Here's the template... if you already have the wheels then it should be easy to find out.
