Hello,
I am having difficulty choosing the correct size for my rims. They are 5zigen Fn01-RC. Spec are 17X7 +48 and 17X8 +43. I am actually running 225/45 for the front, and 245/45 for the rear on Falken RT-615. However, my rear is rubbing even with slightly fender rolled.
I am thinking if I should go with 225/45 and 235/45 or 215/45 and 235/40. Need help on this please. Also, im planning on using Kumho MX for my next set.
Thank you
Philip

Youre running the wrong sizes.
First off you dont want to run a 225 / 245. Thats too little stagger and will make the car oversteer even more than it should.
Also 245/45 is too much sidewall, which is why you're prob rubbing in the rear.
I ran 17x7 / 17x8 Enkei RS+M's and i ran 215/45/17 and 245/40/17, Which is what i suggest that you run (its also AP2 tire size).
Heres a quick shot of what i had:

Those offsets don't allow you to do much with tire sizes... Especially in back. I would bet that has more to do with the rubbing than the tires being too big.
