If you are not driving the car to the limits I doubt you will notice anything different in handling. I would say the RE050 will have a little more all out performance though.

The test did not talk about longevity. Which of the two do you guys believe will last longer/give more mileage? Thanks, very helpful so far.

I've had the V12 Evo for 2k miles so far, and no complaints. My criteria are roughly the same as the OP.

If you're buying with the $60 rebate you are paying like $400 or a little less...who cares? Just go for it.
