Default Need Help PLEASE! nothing FIT!

Im about to order this wheels (http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c....t.A/id.7093/.f) they are Konig Heatsink in Opal. The case here is they are 18x8 (all 4 wheels) and the offset is +45 (all 4). My question is would this wheels fit me perfectly? Or the fitment problem would persist??

Please help, Need to find wheels URGENT!!

I would still try to get some stagger out of the tires. Maybe a 225/40R18 front and 245/35R18 rear.
If I can help with the tires let me know.
