Default need help on fitment

Hello All, just register and first post and just got myself a s2000 (yay)

been reading for awhile and I got yes and no answers.

Im lowering on Tein S Tech and wondering if I can fit 17x8 +45 with 225 in the front and 17x9 +45 with 255 in the rear with just a fender roll.
with just fender roll, will I not rub?

Thank you.

You'll be fine with a fender roll am running front 17x8.5 +42 on a 235 rear 17x9.5 +38 on a 255 all I did was roll and rear tab relocate and no rubbing no matter how hard I go into a corner

You'll de fine with just a roll. If you're planning on getting wider tires you should cut the liners when you roll your fender. I have 255 all around on tein springs with only a roll and the tab relocated. And I don't rub at all.

I have seen tires vary up to about a 1/4" in width so there are variables that may make this fitment more difficult. The alignment specs the tire and the amount the car is lowered will all come into play on whether you need to roll the fender lips or more.

what do you mean by cutting the liners. sorry, noob at cars
i just rolled my fenders and the liners are kinda hanging down, so do i trim them enough and stick them behind the fender where i just rolled?
