im thinking of buying the rota d2 black 17" offset 45+ how would i make it fit in the car? thanks.

You need to tell us what widths you plan to use. You should use something wider in the rear, like the OEM setup. Also read the Wheel Fitment Guide sticky at the top of the forum page (also in my sig); this might answer your questions.

im going with 17 x 7.5 all around with oem lip setup and the car hasn't been lowred yet but im planning to lower around 1.2-1.5 inches.

I'd rather invest money on the right size wheels than buying something that was not meant to fit on the S. Get something staggered. Dont waste your money on those.

EVen though those offsets might be ok to prevent rubbing, the D2s reportedly don't clear the stock brake calipers on the S2k, and a +45 offset is not going to give you a lot of room to work with spacers.
