Default Need fender flare advice

I am looking into getting spoon front fenders and rear fender flares, the wheels I want are Work kai in 17, I want to run a low enough offset to have a concave face but am not at all interested in running crazy offsets. I also want to drop the car 2 inches or so on coil overs. What size wheels would work best while still allowing me to drop the car? and wrong section but with relatively rough roads on occasion will dropping the car on coil overs work as long as they are semi stiff? or will i have a lot of trouble with suspension travel scraping? Thanks.

No they don't. it almost looks like i wouldn't be able to lower the car with out negative camber at those specs.
