they will replace the wheels too, if there is a problem with the quality. I'm not sure where they draw the line, but i've seen some 17x9 with really messed up looking finish and they offered to replace it.

The wheel imperfections are minor fortunately, so it's probably not worth it. Might come back worse.
The center caps really need to be replaced though.

Just finished setting my ride height. I saw some minor blemishes on my wheels, but I already mounted tires on them... Maybe I'll give Kings a call tomorrow. Anyway, overall pretty happy how they look on Chicane, and does anyone know which BBK fits the 17x9+42 wheel?

Dude, you have the wheel. All it takes is to print out a template and mock it up. I think it would be a great service to the S2ki community if people test fitted bbk templates to their wheels, especially rare ones like your case. I recently bought bbk, and spent so much time looking up wheel fitments.

17x9 +42 fits stoptech easily.

If it fits over stoptech it likely fits over most brake kits as long as they don't require 18's. You are always welcome to come by and see if they fit over my brembo's Draven.
