Michelin Pilot Sport Cup
205/55ZR16 (91Y) | 225/50ZR16 (92Y) | 245/45ZR16 (94Y)
Michelin offers the following sizes on their flagship motorsports/ultra performance tyre. Since the 225s aren't going to be an optimum match with the 245s. What would be a better combination?
205/55/R16 + 225/50/R16 = Factory AP1 sizing, however the R compounds will no doubt increase tyre width overall.
205/55/R16 + 245/45/R16 = More understeer for the increase on the rear adverse to make handling worse rather than better? Below are some of the key figures on what their dimensions are in measurements.
205/55ZR16 (91Y) (Section Width On Measuring Rim Width) 8.3 on 16x6.5 (Overall Diameter) 25
225/50ZR16 (92Y) (Section Width On Measuring Rim Width) 9 on 16x7 (Overall Diameter) 25.1
245/45ZR16 (94Y) (Section Width On Measuring Rim Width) 9.9 on 16x8 (Overall Diameter) 24.9

Do not forget that the OEM S-02 rears (225/50) are much wider then any other 225 tire. (even other Bridgestone's)
It has been recommended when not using OEM (S-02) use 245/45/16 at the rear.

Read the Sticky at the top of this forum regarding tread width. I think the 205/245 combo is going to keep you closer to factory stagger, but I can't say for sure since you didn't post the TREAD width of the Michelins.
