There will be a difference, but I've got no idea how to calculate it. When going up 1" in wheel diameter, it's not significant. Your speedometer will be off slightly, as well. The link below is great for calculating differences between different tire sizes.

I have a set of the gtu's in 16s and those would be my recommendation - I'm so hard on the car I never put them on anymore just leaving my 16in rpf1's on but they are definitely a classic look. I like the sizing because it fits with the car and allows you to run a nice sidewall for ride comfort and looks.

Depends on the size of your tires. If the overall diameter is the same, it won't effect your speedometer. Here's a better link:
