I totally agree. I recently put the F1 GS-D3 on my Z3 and they are absolutely perfect for that car. Maybe the least noisy tire I have ever used, and amazing in the wet. On balance they are really the best tires I have ever used to date. I am very tempted to use them on my '04 when the RE050s wear out, because they are so quiet. Some people have noted they are a little softer in steering response, and this worries me a bit because steering response is everything in the S2k. But please let us know how they work out on your '04!
