i recently just purchased a set of LM style wheels online and currently waiting for them to arrive,the company said that the wheels would fit on an s2k but after asking a few ppl they said they doubted the fitment...sizes are as follows (f)18x8 38 offset (r)18x9 38 offset....my question is if these wheels will fit without rubbing if i lower the car 2 inches? and if i do lower it(after rolling the fenders)what tire sizes should i use to avoid rubbing?thank you for any input possible

Camber and fender rolling will be your best friends.

The fronts should be pretty easy to fit. What tire sizes are you planning on running? With up to a 225 in the front, all you'll need is a good roll. But if you plan on running a 255 out back, you'll have to run a good amount of negative camber(atleast -3.0), have the fenders rolled completely flat, and trim a lot of the bumper away. Running a 215/245 setup would make things a lot easier.

i was going to go 215/40/18 in the front and 235/35/18 in the rear for clearance so id have to use less camber...i might have to sell these as soon as i get them if theyre going to be too much work

Hey. Did these ever work out for you? With a 38 offset I don't think it should of been a prob. It's the 18 inch part I'm scared of

If you're using the correct tire profile then it doesn't matter if the wheel is 17 or 18 inches or any size, the overall diameter of the wheel/tire will be the same. It's the offset and tire width (which is related to wheel width) that determines whether you'll rub or not.

Ok, so the wheels I'm gonna get are 18x9 offset 38. 18x8 offset 38. Would a 225,40 18 work out for the rear? Idk to much about wheel stuff lol
