I don't think I've seen more than 2 or 3 sets of CCWs. As far as rare wheels that can actually be ordered to fit properly, I think CCWs would take the cake as the most rare. There have been a few sets of Kinesis wheels and 5 or 6 HREs at most I think.
CCWs are going to be bit more affordable and have incredible quality and GREAT customer service.
Kinesis and HRE have about the same quality and close customer service. They have a lot more available styles too, especially HRE. You'll pay for them though.
