Kumho Ecsta V700 for the road?

Another vote for the Dunlop star specs, they are cheap, ware OK, and are very good in the wet conditions, I do not know how they do in standing water but I would guess not very well, but still a lot better than the V700.
If you are driving past the limits of the Dunlops (I see over 1 lat. g at autocrosses on my data logger) on the street you need to slow down and find a race track or Autocross to get your speed fix.
I also agree with rioyellows2k about toe killing tires faster than camber.

FWIW, I was on max camber adjustment, stock suspension, which in my case amounted to 1.3deg front and 2.3 rear.
The tires rear tires corded in the middle, not offset to either side, btw. Middle third of the rear tires was all cord by the time I got home from Mosport! About 1500 miles worth of street driving plus maybe 150 track miles.
I still say VictoRacers as street tires is not a great idea, and I have, you know, actually driven on them on the street.
RA1's, maybe not AS bad (supposedly wear like iron), but I'd still recommend against. You're just not going to have the water channeling capacity in the event of a downpour. Not to mention wear rate. And not fully exploiting their grip potential.
