Just got some new wheels - Few ?
Howdy fellas!
Just picked up some new wheels and have a few questions. The wheels I bought (used) are Work VSXX 17x8 +47 and 17x9 +47. I am lowered on Espelir springs right now. I'd like to run 225/45/17 and 255/40/17. If so, do I need to roll my fenders? Relocate bumper tab?
Thanks!
Matt

I would Roll/Relocate at those offsets with those tire sizes, Yes. You do not want to risk lipping out a front fender when the tire grabs it because it almost always leads to cracked paint/deformed fender, rolling the front inside fender lips flat and trimming the outer 2" of the fender liner off at the top will prevent this completely and done correctly will be un-noticeable.

instead of making a new thread, i figured i would post in here since his wheel set up is similar to mine.
i will be running 18x8 and 18x9 +48 all around. if i rock 215/40f and 245/35r will i need to do all the above? (roll fender, relocate tab, trim fender liner). i will be going for 1 finger gap drop or flush look.
also, with the tire selection, will it have a strecthed look? (i am trying to stay away from the obnoxiouly stretched tire look)
thanks!

Yes, roll and rear bumper tab relocation or that will rub for sure. There really isn't much to roll in the front, the tire will catch the fender liner tabs as previously mentioned and then "flare" your fender for you if you aren't careful. Just slightly trimming the liner and bending the tabs back out of the way should take care of the front.
