Default Jim, Tire help please

I'm currently running Bridgestone RE750's on the rear and S02's on the front. I'm going to be needing tires with in a month or two. I do a lot of highway driving along with a fair share of spirited driving, so I'm looking for the best combo of treadlife and performance.

I've tired the S02's (didn't like them in the rain), the Kuhmo Ecsta's (only got 6,000 miles out of them), and the RE750's which seem to be about the best I've tried. It appears they are backordered until the end of July, so my question is, since it appears I won't be able to milk these tires out quite that long, what would be a good alternative? Is there anything out there that will give even longer treadlife? (It looks like I'll be getting about 10 - 12k out of the RE750's.)

Thanks,
-Chris

What size tire are you running on the front? If you have the OE wheels then I have the RE750 in stock at 112.00 per tire in the 205/55R16.
Let me know.

I need 245/45R16's (for the Rear), my fronts are still fine. If you have those in the RE750, let me know and I'll place an order.

Unfortunately I don't have a confirmed date on the 245/45R16.

Hey 2002S2K, I like the look of those Yokohama's and the price is right!! How's your tread wear and how many miles are you getting between replacements?

Sorry PilotChris, no info on how they are wearing yet, I have had them for 2000 miles so far and they still look like new. They are wear rated at around double what the S0-2's are.

I believe Jim had said to me that they should last 20-24k, but don't quote me on that, if Jim sees this and can chime in, that would be great...

The look is great and they handle very well, better in the wet than originals.
