Default Jim, Need help !!

This is what i'm planning to get..

Volk GT-7
Front- 18x7.5 with 225/40/18
Rear - 18x8.0 with 245/35/18 or 235/40/18
(would this setup rub???)

The tires choices are between the Sumitomo HTR Z II or the Dunlop SP9000.

I 've been told that they have the same tread pattern but has anyone had experiences with either of these tires please state you opinions. The Sumitomos are cheaper then the Dunlops but not by much.

I would do the 225/40R18 front and 245/35R18 rear for the car. This will keep the rolling diameter correct for the car and keep you with a good stagger front to rear.
Dunlop SP9000, Goodyear GSD3 and Pirellit P Zero would be the only options for tires in those sizes.
If I can help with the tires let me know.
Thank you
