Default Jim, help me. need tires asap.

Hi, Jim.
I don't know how to order tires thru you.
I have 04, and I just checked tirerack website...
they have potenza 050, 215 f, 245 r. for my car.

Are they same size as my stock tires? (I'm hoping that they are little wider)
Should I just go ahead and buy them from the Tirerack?
or Should I go thru you? (do you get some kinda commission?)
Plz. advise me when you get a chance.
Thank you.

Just give me a call. The sizes you mention are the OE tires on the car. If you want to go to the RE050A Pole Position you would need to go to 225/45R17 and 255/40R17.
Let me know.

Thank you for reply, Jim.
So, do you work only on Monday?
050A pole position seems cheaper than OE.
Are they good as OE tires?
anyway, I will call you.... thx

Personally I like the RE050A Pole Positions much better than the stock RE050's, better grip both wet and dry with the same treadwear.

RE01R's are on sale right now but the only 17" size combo currently available is 225/245.

Yeah, Jim recommended RE050A pole position again, so I ordered them from Jim today...(they are already shipped and should come to the installer tomorrow)

Even though Pole position is wider than OE, they offer same level of dry traction?
I really liked the price.... (compare to Yokohama, PS2..)

Oh, I ordered Mugen (04) sports exhaust yesterday, but I found out it's already shipped!! I thought I had to wait about 3-4 months....
