JIM/anyone: 17 inch tire help

i need some tires that fit 17x7 inch wheels, im guessing 205-40 is the skinniest available?? please let me know, i really want the sumitomo htr+, are these the only high speed rated tires that can be rotated/reversed (arent one directional)??
