Jim, 17/7.5 +48 front, 17/8.5 +54 rear? Best high perf. summer tire?
Hey Jim, I am looking for the highest performance tire I can get. Looking for grip, dry climate tire. I don't drive in the rain. I don't think I can get the S02s to fit but I could be wrong. Current tire size on front 225/45/17 rear 255/40/17. I don't really care about price so if there is something that is better than the S02 for street than let me know. No autoXing.

I would look at the BF Goodrich KD or the Kumho MX. These are the best handling tires that we have tested for just dry. If you throw in the wet then you would look at the S03 and the Goodyear GSD3.

Hey Jim, I thought that the SO3s were the best dry tire? hmm. Can I get any of these tires in these sizes? Last I checked, I didn't think that the S03 came in these exact sizes. Thanks
